Shipping Policy

We exclusively use Colissimo to ship all the parcels. We will do our best to ship out your orders as quickly as we can. Please refer the to sections below for more information.




All products labeled as “Ready-To-Ship” will normally ship within 3 business days after purchase. Please ensure that your shipping address is valid and correctly listed before placing your order. Shipments are processed automatically and these details cannot be altered following point-of-sale.


For all products labeled “Pre-Order”, please allow 3-6 weeks for your order to be dispatched. This time accounts for production and quality control. Please consider this before ordering, as your payment will not be refunded after it has been processed. we appreciate your patience and hope to mitigate production time for pre-order products in the near future.




Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.


This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.


For all customers outside of the EU: Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us, nor are they included in the order total.


Metropolitan France: Free - France, Monaco & Andorra


International Europe: €15 - Western Europe, Switzerland, United-Kingdom


International Zone B: €25 - Eastern Europe (except Western Europe, Switzerland, Russia), Norway, and the Maghreb


International Zone C: €35 - Other destinations: African countries, Canada, the United States, Russia, Near and Middle East




Orders are shipped the following working day. A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we dispatch your order. Use this link to follow your order. 




Average delivery time once your order has been shipped:


Metropolitan France: 2-3 business days


International Europe: 3-4 business days


International Zone B: 3-4 business days


International Zone C: 5-8 business days


Please be aware that some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, and public holidays.




Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quickly as possible. The latest 30 days after the order was placed. 




ABYSS STUDIO does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable for whatever reason, ABYSS STUDIO will contact you by email. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colors, info, and prices, errors may occur.


Lost shipments and stolen packages from doorsteps/mailboxes are not the responsibility of ABYSS STUDIO and the customer must make claims to the appropriate carrier.
